A Case Study On How Personalized Marketing Went Too Far

Not only did he comment on this article and my Facebook page, but he also personally spoke with me on the phone about my article. The call was polite, civil, and frankly, humble on his end. He spoke candidly about the mistakes made and his reasoning behind some of their tactics.
